The Desired Results Access Project at the Napa County Office of Education is seeking a Training Manager beginning in July 2024. The qualified candidate will demonstrate experience with developing large-scale professional learning activities and will provide these related to the DRDP statewide for educators of children IEPs and IFSPs and their families.
The Training Manager collaborates with partners in early childhood and early childhood special education to meet the professional development needs of the field. They will ensure that special education assessors are supported to use the DRDP with fidelity through a variety of synchronous and asynchronous activities. The Training Manager represents the Project at workgroups and meetings concerning the DRDP and related topics.
The Desired Results Access Project, under the direction of the California Department of Education Special Education Division, promotes positive outcomes for young children and their families through high quality practices in assessment and instruction that support the inclusion of children with disabilities in schools, home, and community settings. The Project’s work is based on evidence-based and recommended practices in early childhood and special education.
